iTunes charges

Hi I have 3 mobiles on my o2 account today I notice that there was charges on one of the numbers this number is being used on an android phone but made purchases from Apple iTunes I contacted Apple support so to see what these charges where, they asked for my Apple ID which I give them and they said the purchases weren’t made using that Id I give them my sons Id same thing we both use iPhone.. Apple support says the purchases were made using a different Id but how is this possible if I don’t have any others that the phone number that the charges were made is an android and doesn’t have an Apple ID can’t someone explain how I find out what Apple ID made the purchases thanks

Given that you have already contacted Apple who can't help with the 3rd mobile, you need to contact O2.

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.
