iPhone unbarring....

I'm even more puzzled now. You bought a barred iPhone for £25 and not only managed to get it unblocked but had the account put in your name (which isn't possible!!)
I get the feeling that there's more going on here than we realise.

I am sorry if you don't understand,

I bought an iPhone off eBay for £25, this afternoon the iPhone was unbarred.

So for £25 I now have a working iPhone!! Smiley Very Happy

Thanks for your advice about the Blackberry tariff.

Sorry if its a bit basic for you to understand!
I bought an iPhone off eBay for £25, I then had it un-barred, and the phone now works fine.
Is that to simple for you to understand!?
Thanks though for clarifying the Blackberry tariff.

iPhone unbarring....

What we don't understand 9is how you got a barred phone unbarred when the phone wasn't in your name when the bar was put on. What was the phone barred for initially as that may give us a clue?

I did ask the lady on the phone, but she said she couldn't find that information on the account.

I was wondering the same as you.

Sorry can't be of further help.

Stupid question. Just hand it over to the police otherwise you are committing a crime :womanindifferent:
....or is this just a wind up or some sort of canned meat?

There is also a fair chance the phone is reporting it's location. Smiley Very Happy
