Solved: iPhone not arrived

Hi I ordered a new contract iphone and it still says processing. It was supposed to come on Tuesday. Please can you advise!

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
