Solved: iPhone/iPad tethering on PAYG

Hi,

I have recently moved from contract to PAYG with my iPhone 4S in anticipation of the iPhone 6!. The problem that I have is that I can no longer find the hotspot button to tether my phone to my iPad. Does anybody know if this is a common problem when you change over and how I resolve it?.
