I ordered an IPhone 13 Pro Max with GUARANTEED next day delivery yesterday however it says the delivery date is expected on the 19th instead of today (16th)

It's a bank holiday weekend so I expect couriers will be running a limited service.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Yeah however it said guaranteed next day delivery and I’ve looked up the schedule and they are delivering today yet they haven’t delivered

It might be a stock issue.

You'll need to chase it up with O2 mate.

It's their responsibility to get it to you.
