Hi!

My phone got knocked into the toilet this afternoon and died :'( despite a rescue attempt in rice.

I was due an upgrade/change of phone in January, would I be able to do this now??

Thanks

Kit

Hi @KitJP

You can upgrade at anytime you like.

Any fees due will be added to you basket at checkout or you can go in store to upgrade.

You can text the word info to 85075 to get the amount of your early upgrade fees.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If you start the upgrade process in your MyO2 it will tell you there also how much you need to pay.
