Hi I have just upgrade to an iPhone XR from an iPhone 7 on Monday. I know cannot activate WiFi calling on my new phone, when I go onto my o2 it suggests WiFi calling is on which it isn’t, PLEASE can someone help me as I often had to use my previous phone on WiFi calling so I am missing calls potentially and can’t make them because I can be out of mobile signal quite a lot

You need O2 to activate it on your account.

It suggests it is active on my account, it isn’t active on my new phone. So incredibly disappointed with o2 lack of help. I am just going around in circles.
