Good evening we recently updated to the latest software, the phone is now useless as its stuck on the apple logo, I have visited the apple store but to no avail its still the same, all help appreciated

Apple don't want to know you when out of guarantee (unless you are willing to spend more money)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
