I've just got an iPhone SE and when selecting Setup Personal Hotspot I get the message 'to enable personal hotspot visit www.o2.co.uk/iphonehelp/modem'. Needless to say say that page does not exist and I am dumped into a general help page. Searching there I find the only relevant entry;
"For Pay Monthly customers, if you have an iPhone or Android, simply switch Personal Hotspot on to get started." Well, I simply do that and that just gives me what I started this message with.
On my Android phome I just entered the parameters; name, password and off you go.
I spoke to someone by phone and they were no help other than the usual fix all 'switch off and on again'

It certainly won't be the last time either. I'll give it a week tops before we get another. What's more worrying is the number of customers that don't join the community to ask. ....

I'm sorry if you really don't understand the difference. But as I've said, I'm done now. I have enough issues of my own without worrying about yours, admin's or anyone else's.
