Was the phone working OK in Guernsey before you upgraded @Clos6 ?
If so, then I think you need the idata bolt on applied again.
OR, they may have applied a roaming bar (due to you upgrading whilst out of the UK)
Either way, give customer services a call on any number in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
