As you're all probably aware today has been a bit of a shambles for most iPhone preorder(ers?)
After speaking to Live Chat they told me my phone hadn't been dispatched as they'd run out of stock and it wouldn't be dispatched until at least the 20th.
However, this evening I received an email from o2 saying my phone is on its way and should arrive next day.
The email includes a tracking number, however it doesn't say the courier it's being sent by. I read they use DPD however entering it on DPDs tracking site finds nothing.
I'm unable to use my o2, there appears to be no 'recent orders' section anywhere.
Any ideas?
