How much would it be for an iPhone 6s on O2 without paying monthly. I'd rather pay for it altogether instead of paying 47-54£ each month but I'm not sure how much it will be

Yes...if you are buying outright you should shop around. Not sure what the prices are on giffgaff....they were very reasonable for the iPhone 6 (last years model)
