I was trying to order the IPhone 16 pro and got to the payment part which you have already taken the £30 from my account and before i could order it a pop up said that you’ll get back to me within 24 hours after you did more checks on me. Then another pop up said something went wrong and now ive got to start over again even though you already took the £30 from me already

I've had the same issue here, I tried to switch up from the s24 ultra to the iphone 16 pro max, payment has went through but when I try to complete the order it comes up with something went wrong but has still taken the £1 upfront payment out of the bank.

Thanks for the reply, I contacted the sales team yesterday and got it sorted, I ended up not updating it to the iPhone due to the wait times because of the demand. I'll just wait until the s25 ultra comes out next year and switch up then.
