Hello, I have a iPhone contract already with o2 but I’ve recently taken out a iPad with cellular, is there any way that I could get the iPad to use my mobile number instead of a new one?

You can select to receive your phone calls on your iPad and iMessages will be received provided that you use the same Apple ID on both devices, but you can't have the same number on 2 sim cards.
