Why can't I add my iPad into my O2? I can get information for my phone on there but not my iPad. I can't seem to find any evidence of a contract even though I know it isn't up for renewal until November.

You will need the login details for the iPad to get into your MyO2 for it.
They will be different to your phone and would have been provided by email when you started the contract.
If you don't have them, give customer service a call

You may have a separate account & login for the iPad

It's a bit further down, it shows as a mobile broadband contract
