I placed two orders for two pay monthly iPads on 4th jan 2022 , £20 x 2 deposits taken , no email to tell me where my iPads are and we are now at jan 28th! Rang o2 they said they would refund me my deposits , still nothing , tried to call and they hung up , literally would expect a better level Of service from a 3rd world unregulated company , it’s so poor And I need answers please
