Hi,
I have had an iPad for just over 30days and the screen was slightly loose which resulted in the screen shattering can I send back for replace plz

Beyond 30 days you need to return it for repair https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/returns-and-repairs

No, as you are out of the 30 day return policy. Also you would have no way of proving the screen was loose as O2 will say you should have returned it immediately.
Have you insured the iPad, if so, you could claim on that?
If no insurance, you would be better off calling Apple and ask how much for a screen repair.
