iPad Pro not charging

Hi I have been trying to get help about my iPad Pro which has died on me it weren't charging so got a new charger which that didn't charger neither so now it's completely dead can't even get into it now so please can someone advice me what to do I tried to ring 02 but limited tried to ring Apple they need the serial number which I can't get because it's in the setting..any advice

If you have the box or the receipt then you should be able to get the number that Apple require.

Unfortunately don't I have the box or the receipt but I probably could get it from 02 but there call centres are only for upgrades and billing..
