So I upgraded my sim only monthly plan as I wanted to get an iPad Pro.
But I had to refuse it’s delivery as I didn’t know the pin for the delivery and it’s been sent back.
I wanted to exchange it anyway as I had ordered the wrong one, I ordered the 2021 11 pro and I really wanted the latest one which is the 12.9 pro 2022 model.
anyway it was returned and it starting process and so I made an exchange request on my account but it ordered me the exact same iPad.
sp I cancelled tbat and now I am wondering when this will all reflect on my account and I can order the actual device I want?
