Hi I have moved from EE to O2 and kept my mobile number. It’s been a couple of days now and my number transferred over no problem for calls, texts and iMessages. Then yesterday tea time my phone stopped letting me send iMessages. It has reverted to my iCloud email address and when I check the settings it only has my iCloud email or the number that came with the new sim as an option to send and receive from. I’ve tried turning on and off a few times and nothing works.

Have you checked your number in Settings >Phone >My Number?
