Just discovered that via my O2 account I have been defrauded of £12 per month by a company called iFitness. A lesson in not paying attention to bills. Will be looking to publicise this low-level crime run byiFitness, and with my contract with o2 ending soon, will pay up the remainder of it. I can't aford the the risk of this happening again. See others on this forum have been robbbed too. Just shocked.

Please see information and help here

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premium-rate-s...

You can also ask O2 for 2 bars to be put on your phone;

Bar Direct to Phone Debits

Premium Bar (bars premium rate numbers 090, 070 etc.)

You can contact IFitness direct asking for a refund and to remove your name from their mailing list.

Hope this helps and welcome to the forum Welcome

Some good help here too https://payforitsucks.co.uk/

Except EE who have a 2 stage text opt in process in place.

I didn’t know that. Why can’t O2 do it as well?

Thanks @MI5! As an FYI, waiting to hear back from iFitness. When I pay up my 02 contract, will look at EE (and for the family), just can't take the risk, and O2 took no responsibility.
