i want to change back to my old o2 number

i have already rang o2 customer service to ask it to be changed and they said it would happen within 24 hrs i have been waiting 2 weeks for it to be changed and it hasn't????

Not sure what you mean by 'change back to your old number' . I think you need to contact O2.

Try the chat line, just browse the shop or phone pages and wait for a chat box to open. Its an excellent service

If you have a sim with a different number you've done it wrong. o2 replace lost sims free of charge, this carries on the same number with all your credits etc intact as it is the same payg account. A sim with a different number is nothing to do with your account. It's like starting again. Did you ask for a replacement?

If the SIM has a different number, you just call O2 and they just transfer all your details, number and credit onto the new SIM.
