Hi @Anonymous

You have several options, just choose the more convenient one:

Send a copy of the marriage certificate  with a covering letter giving details of all the account numbers you have with O2. (For example mobile, broadband, home phone.) to:

The Correspondence Management Team

PO BOX 694

Winchester

SO23 5AP

as mentioned before, or via email with the scanned proofs to BusinessTOO@o2.com

or via fax with the scanned proofs to 0870 6002402.

You can print a form to send along with the proofs by going to www.o2.co.uk/namechange.

You would need to speak to Customer Services. 202 if Pay Monthly, 4445 if Pay & Go. They will probably ask for a copy of your marriage certificate. Make sure you send it by registered post.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You will need to write in either with the original certificate or a certified copy.

You need to include your current name, phone and account number too.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

In my experience a fax is better but best to call so that someone will be on hand to receive it with a name of the adviser that it is to be passed to. I've seen faxes  sat on a machine with no one knowing.

Maybe it's changed and there is a designated person to deal with faxes?

I Know what u mean Jonsie, but this goes to the correspondence team, and they don't have a contact number. Personally I would go for the email option, no posting and no paper involved.:smileywink:
