Any ideas?
For example, my Spotify will only play off WiFi, not data or when I try to visit certain sites on safari ( I tried goldsmiths jewellery site & the Spotify website) - it says ‘ safari cannot open page because it could not establish secure connection to the server’

I have data, I have just posted this using data! How the hell can changing my number do this ?!!?!!!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
