That's right and it can take up to 6 weeks...depends how vital the info is I suppose. Sometimes information is needed for legal purposes.

Hi @Anonymous ,

As mentioned if for some reason you need the numbers you have called you can request this for £10

go to either www.o2.co.uk/subjectaccess or follow the below path:

  • Click on 'Go to help'
  • In the 'Search for O2 Help' field write 'request for personal information held' click 'Go'
  • Click in 'How can i get a copy of the information O2 store on me?'

Once the form has been completed, print it off and sign it.  O2 recommend sending it recorded delivery to the below address ensuring you enclose a cheque or postal order for £10.00 made payable to Telefónica O2 UK Ltd:

Data Controller - Subject Access

Northampton
NN4 7BX
