The only way is to request a "subject access request" at a cost of £10 http://www.o2.co.uk/help/everything-else/how-to-get-a-copy-of-the-information-we-store-about-you#qs
or look in your phones call/text history.

You would still only be able  to  see outgoing calls and texts. Nothing for incoming I'm afraid. Call logs are your best option but consider an app that will back them all up to your email account. There are numerous available  depending on your phone.

Your My02 will show what your using in the way of minutes , texts and Data.

If other usage stats are important then an option could be to move onto a SIM only Contract on a 30 day or 12 month option.

On passing a Credit Check and you can keep your number.

I'm fairly sure you can't get historical information on P&G via My O2, only the current  month.

Oh thanks for that @jonsie  I wasn't aware they had even that? ..Probably because I made no attempt to access it when I was on PAYG... Is it a recent addition for PAYG customers? (Sorry for all the questions but just seeking clarification....)

I'm not sure how new it is but I've been able to access my P&G accounts for a couple of years. It shows the tariff you are on and gives the option to change if you want and also upgrade options.
