Data section of T&C's here and although it mentions that you may be charged it's not specifically saying it will be £1 a day http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/our-latest-pay-monthly-tariff-terms#data-charges

It appears that the latest terms only apply to tariffs taken after 11/11/14 too !

Yes I noticed that. Older tariffs I think data is still stopped.

Astounded A degree.  I go through terms all the time,  there mind blowing and talk jargon.

but old tariffs are still capped,  new Tariffs are defiantly not.  I can't even say if o2 will cap them.

Its like they are desperate to get revenue any way they can and with EE, Voda and Three that can cap data, o2 have back tracked and done the opposite.  What's going in in O2 minds? Drum

like I said,  it change a while ago, but I wasn't sure if it was correct and then totally forgot with all the roaming stuff Bang

One thing I can't see is there mentioning how much data you get for your Extra £1 per day or if it's speed capped.

all it says it's £1 per day max.

Mmmmm
