Hi, I would like to end my monthly plan and move to pay as you go. Can you kindly let me know how to do this? Or give me your customer care telephone number and I'll give you a call cause it's probably easier to talk to someone on the phone.

Many thanks

Joanne Aquilina

All the details on how to cancel are here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

Bare in mind you need to be out of your minimum term and paid off any device plan before o2 will allow you to move to PAYG

The Number to call which can be found linked at the bottom of every page at https://o2.co.uk/contactus is 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

@Joanne22

As you just wish to switch to PAYG there's no need to cancel your current contract and risk losing your number.

You just need to get a PAYG sim and migrate your number Guide: Migration & porting into O2

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
