how to claim active watch

hello all, ive just got a Samsung s20 which was suppose to come with a active watch. instead I got a leaflet telling how to redeem it. done all that but when I go on the claim now it says it's unavailable. also it can take 45 days for me to receive it. I wouldn't even went for this contract if I knew it was like this.

any help? anyone else got this problem?

You can't claim within 14 days until after the change of mind period.
