You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm

After 1 hr and 55 mins the girl was happy to sort and then tried to sell me a sim only package and told my to use the loyalty bonus and text all my numbers to 21500 and then get a text today that although i have 5 monthly contracts they cannot apply discount

and now getting threating letters saying going to cut me off BUT they cant take payment for a mistake they made

and 02 have managed to mess up my credit file
goes from owing £75 to settle my accounts to now Owing £125 with no explanation and NO email/Text/Calls as ive paid more than the settlement figure
disgraceful waste of customer loyality
