how do i take previous phone numbers off my debit card to top up my new number??

i have a new phone and number and i need to top up but when ive tried it says i already have 2 numbers assigned to my bank card ...... how do i get these numbers off as they are old and not in use anymore??

I'm not sure if you can do this in My02.

A suggestion would be to telephone 02 Customer Services on 202 for Contract Customers or 4445 for PAYG Customers to get assistance.

Do not use Live Chat in this instance.

Yes, you need to call customer services to have the card registered to the number.
