Hi

I had a text from O2 this morning saying my current tariff is up for renewal.  I pay £11.29 a month and the tariff ends 20 May 2020, I tried to speak to someone in customer services but nobody was there.

I wish to keep the tariff as it is.

anyone help?

Darren

You need to do nothing. Your present contract rolls on now to a 30 day contract and will stay like that until you either cancel or upgrade @Tariffs

No worries, just ignore any messages or texts and carry on the same tariff smiling
