how can I pay off my device plan?

I have ~#£330 on my device that I'd like to pay off as the refresh tariffs are poor value for money. I didn't realise this when I signed up as I did it a little on faith. However, it's not all bad

So I'd like to pay off my device plan in a lump sum.
So as O2 don't want me to do this they make it difficult. It should be simple.
The app allows you to adjust the payment but only to a lower amount.
The online portal doesn't do any better.
You have to call, which I can't as the calls get bounced at the moment. I can't walk into a store at the moment either of course.

The limitations of what O2 wish for their customers is interesting and highlighted by the virus.

It would be simple if the app didn't deliberately block this route.

Can someone suggest a route which actually allows this? Calling 202 wasn't much help, unfortunately.
