I HAVE PROBLEM with o2 BECAUSE YOU STILL TAKE MY MONEY!!!!!!!WHY FROM 3 MONTHS Direct Debit of £5.40 to O2 was taken from your account. TRANSACTION TYPE: Direct Debit (DD)?

Have you cancelled your contract? It's difficult to make out the problem from your post so you do need to speak to customer service.

Previous post was asking how to cancel https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/o2card/m-p/1053634#M129354 which does not appear to have been done, although after only 3 months there would be cancellation fees to pay anyway.

That makes sense then now. Obviously the OP didn't understand and still thinks this is customer service.
