Hi,
My bill is usually £65 a month including my airtime bill and my monthly device plan. This month, my air time bill came to £77.45, which I've paid but it still shows that my device plan bill is still £34.15 overdue, but when I try to pay for the £34.15 it doubles up to £68.30. I am finding it hard to understand as to why my bill comes up to £145 in total when my contract says £65. I have a spending cap on my bill. Can someone please help me.
