I've already paid my Air time bill on the 23.08.20 and it says it overdue? I only have my device plan to pay now witch im about to do i dont understand why its saying my airtime is overdue when I paid it on the date I've put in and I do have a email saying thanks for your payment so I dont understand???

You need to call O2 as we can't access accounts on here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

It may just be a generic "overdue" down to the device plan payment though.

yes but I paid that on 23rd this month so I dont understand i did screen shot my ref. number also

@sam16 Both your airtime and device payments have to be paid every month, come what may. If you set up a Direct Debit to do this, you would avoid all this aggravation of having to chase it up with customer service. Just a suggestion.
