As others have said the only option really is to try live chat but to be honest I cant see what they will be able to do but you never know they may be understanding please let us know how you get on?

No sorry, you would need to speak to CS and ask them.
Once disconnected it can be a pain getting it restored.

Unfortunately not, you will have to ring customer service and make them aware of the situation.
They may be able to help you out as it can be quite messy once you have hed a bar put on the phone.
