Hi ive recently just payed £25 for the big bundle 25 tarriff but want change it to the £30 big bundle tarriff, how do i do this as dont even let me cancel it? please help xx

Between 8-8.30am is the best time...

When you go into My O2 have a look at the left hand side of the first page. This is where you can change tariff

You won't be able to change it in your MyO2 for 30 days after the start date, so if you w ant to change it immediately you will have to call customer service on 4445.
