Solved: help with my bill

i am currently on a unlimited text and minutes tariff however every month i am being charged ridiculous amounts for these more than my contract states. can anyone help

Check you're not calling numbers that are not included in your allowance. Also, MMS messages are chargeable. If you log into "My O2" you can get a full breakdown of charges.

You wont be getting charged for things that are included in your allowance as Mi5 says check your not calling numbers that are not included in your package or sending mms etc
