I had a contract with O2 that I cancelled during the cooling off period that I signed up using a proton mail email address that I no longer use (REMOVED) and also locked out of as I forgot the password and security phrase.
The contract is also assigned to my old address which I can't access due to new tenants live there now.
The contract is also defaulted so I can't access the phone number on the account. I also can't remember the phone number.

My credit file has a debt from March 2023 for £107 for a sim only contract that charged me for the whole 12 months even though I cancelled during the cooling off period.
I have visited my local O2 branch 3 times. No luck.
I have contacted O2 over 10 times during the last 6 months with no luck
I have written handwritten letters to the complaints branch with NO reply.
I have sent emails to the complaints email address with NO reply for months.
At this point. I am willing to pay the £107 to get this petty, annoying and very irritating PERMANENT debt on my credit file.
PLEASE ACCEPT MY MONEY!
Even though you can't verify me, at the very least, accept my money to pay this debt off. I can't remember the number either.
All I have is my full name, date of birth, address. My credit report says that the last 4 digits of the O2 account is: (REMOVED). Start date: 12 Feb 2023.
I have money right now to pay it.
Why can't O2 just search my name and address and assign my money to it.
Even if I'm not verified, what would the data breach be? NOTHING
Just a fully paid off account.
I AM THE PERSON
I EVEN SENT PICTURES OF MY ID TO O2 AND NOTHING
I have OCD and this is making me tear my hair out.
I beg. HELP
I am (REMOVED)
My old address associated with the account is (REMOVED)

1) Don't flag for personal details as it's old details and I couldn't care less about people knowing. My name isn't sensitive details. I consent to it.
2) I have tried all forms of contact with O2, as you read in my OP I said emails/phonecalls/letters and i even did live chats but I can't get in due to not having access to my app account.
3) I can't find out whether it's with a collections agency because I do not live at the old address.. How would I ever find out? I don't live there anymore.
Obsolete address
Obsolete number
Obsolete email address.
I am technically anonymous right now in the eyes of O2.
I just want to pay it.

This is not O2.
Flagged for personal details.
All ways to contact O2 here Guide: How to find help & contact O2
If the debt is now with a collection agency you need to pay them, not O2.
