If you can't borrow a phone to call the number in the link then you will have to report it via live chat at 8am tomorrow morning. You will be within the 24 hr period to report it.... so just do it at 8am.

Just really *bleep* off and am amazed that U cannot report a lost phone online until 8 am tomorrow.....
It doesnt matter as I will not honour any charges after 11pm this evening....but its the PRINCIPLE!

Of course I have not.....been waiting for them to open. I am single, only have a cell phone......no WAY to report it until 8am when web chat opens. This is a problem I honestly feel o2 should address. I have been waiting to report it lost for HOURS

Pay for landline but no phone plugged in not got one.
