But I cannot as my phone is LOST!!!!!!!

Make sure you report it lost within 24 hrs @clivityuk then O2 will bar it and you wont be liable for any costs incurred if someone picks it up and uses it.
If you can borrow a phone its best to call and stay on the line as its a 24 hr service.
If no phone available....fill in the webform shown in @Glory1's link and back that up with a call tomorrow or live chat...

You need to borrow a phone or use a landline I'm afraid. There used to be an online form but t doesn't appear to be available now.
