Hi @erica

Firstly check here for any network issues https://status.o2.co.uk/

If nothing showing try turning off your phone and remove the sim. Wipe it with a dry cloth then replace and try again for a network connection.

Let us know if these help or not.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@erica  Firstly, this is not O2. This is a customer community.

Should the advice above not resolve your issue, this is the link to contact customer service: https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Calling is usually the preferred method. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am to avoid a long wait on hold.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
