Hi,

I decided to go with a sim only deal as it was much cheaper than my previous contract. I chose to keep my number and my sim, now my sim has been cut off? Any idea why?

Your old sim will turn off before the new sim comes online with your number transferred to it.

You should use your new sim card now.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Good morning @Northy272, how are you getting on with your SIM? Are you still having some issues or did it get sorted since you last posted? slight_smile
