How do I set up friends and family online using a contract phone please. Can't seem to find a link to it. Thanx in advance for any help.

That link has been down almost a year Bob O2 know about it but can't be bothered to fix it they still advertise it as being able to manage online but you can't I've made many complaints all to no avail

What are you seeing that makes it appear to be broken? I'll look into it if needs be.
