Just checked and the offer expired on the 30th Nov. Did you take out the contract before then?
Also the Tab offer is not part of the website mentioned above...

The Brightstar link is only required if the customers IMEI number has not been populated on the gifts system.
They will chase it up with O2 in that case.

Yup.
But the Tab offer looks like it was specific to the S6 Edge, and was before 30th Nov.
