free extra

I signed up to a new tariff that said I could add an extra for free. On of the extras listed was calling abroad. Now I have signed up for the tariff the only extras showing as avialble in my account are Disney. How do I get my free calling abroad?

@Jodie19  I'm afraid you need to call customer services as you cant changes your extras in My O2.

Edited to add, you can only have one extra as shown in the terms and conditions, so I'm not sure why O2 would mix them up?
