hello...i have found out that charges on my phone are not my own.i contacted o2 and they would not block the transactions or remove them.

anyone have a good solution that saves being wrongly charged.

@disgracefulThis sounds like it could be Payforit fraud. What reason have O2 given you for not allowing you to dispute the charges? Have they said that they were "3rd Party Charges"? Are they Payforit charges?

Without more information it is difficult to advise, but to avoid Payforit fraud, ask O2 to put a "charge to bill" bar on your account.
