Hi,

My daughters phone is completely broken and for her to claim on her insurance she needs to provide the IMEI number of the handset, unfortunatley we cant get on the phone and we do not have the box to hand. Is there any way of recieveing the IMEI number online as i have contacted o2 directly and they say the password i provide is incorrect as i have just changed it today.

If you still have the contract paperwork or emails it will be on there too.
Depending on what phone it is it may also be on a paper tag in the sim tray under under the battery if it has a removable battery.
