Does anyone know if I am in credit at the end will I be refunded automatically by 02 - they say I dont owe anything but do not say whether or not they will refund me!

You need to check in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and if it shows a minus figure, it means you are in credit.
To get a refund you need to send in this form.
